NATO 7.62, more commonly known as “308 Winchester,” is a spherical powder that was originally developed for use in the military. Benchrest shooters and other target shooters found early success with the handloader. The BL-C is compatible with a wide variety of cartridges, including the 204 Ruger, 223 Remington, 17 Remington, 22 PPC, and 308 Winchester (2). Sizes between 1 and 8 pounds are on hand.

The military first used BL-C (2), a round powder, in the 7.62 NATO, but it is clear that it can also be used in the 308 Winchester.
