Hodgdon Powder has the widest variety of high-quality smokeless propellants for any reloading need. This extruded flake powder, formerly sold under the IMR brand and now sold under the Hodgdon label, performs admirably in 12 and 16 gauge shotshells with the light field loads and clay target loads that are the norm. It’s also great for use as pistol target powder in a wide variety of cartridges, including the 38 Special, 45 ACP, and others.
