This method guarantees that the shipping fee and the hazmat fee for each order are the same amount (unless you also order products that ship separately from Tactical World or our suppliers). Only 25 pounds of black powder and 66 pounds each of smokeless powder, primers, and fuses can be purchased in a single order. Smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fuses are all considered hazardous materials and can only be shipped via ground freight within the United States. There is no way to recycle smokeless powder, black powder, primers, or fuses due to safety and legal/regulatory concerns.
